Donepost AI is built to help local service businesses turn completed-job photos into useful social posts. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep the experience practical and respectful.

What we collect

Job photos you upload, including compressed image data needed to generate your posts.
Business details you choose to provide, such as business type, tone, optional notes, and generated post content.
Optional email addresses when you ask us to send generated results or submit feedback.
Basic usage and security data, such as hashed IP information, generation counts, browser events, and verification signals.

How we use it

To generate Facebook posts, Instagram captions, hashtags, and calls to action from your job photo and inputs.
To prevent abuse, enforce free generation limits, and unlock extra generations when feedback is submitted.
To improve the product by understanding which flows are used, where people get stuck, and whether generated posts are useful.
To send your generated content by email if you request that feature.

Photos and AI processing

Your uploaded photo is compressed before processing so the product works faster and stores less data.
Photos and text inputs may be sent to our AI processing provider so the content can be generated.
Please avoid uploading photos that show private addresses, license plates, faces, customer names, or anything you do not have permission to use.

Analytics and anti-abuse tools

We use PostHog to understand product usage, such as page views and basic interactions.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help confirm that repeated generations are made by a real person.
We use hashed IP and hashed email values for limits and unlock checks, so we can reduce duplicate use without storing those values in plain form for those checks.

How long we keep data

Uploaded photos are marked to expire after 30 days and may be deleted during scheduled cleanup.
Generated content, feedback, usage limits, and email-send records may be kept longer so we can operate the product, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
You can ask us to delete data associated with an email address by contacting us.

What we do not do

We do not sell your uploaded photos, generated posts, or email address.
We do not ask for customer names, addresses, or private customer information.
We do not intentionally use uploaded job photos for public examples unless you separately give permission.
